FAQ
Do you make money from this site?
No. No ads, no affiliate links, no sponsored content. This is a hobby project from someone who watched two kids learn to ride bikes the smart way and got tired of watching other kids learn the slow way.
Who writes the articles?
Articles are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed against public sources (pediatric research, German Kindergarten programs, manufacturer documentation). We don't make up statistics.
Are you affiliated with any brand?
No. We mention brand names (Strider, Cruzee, Woom, Banwood, etc.) only when a specific product is the most useful reference. No kickbacks, no sponsorships.
What if my kid doesn't like a balance bike?
Some kids take six months to warm up to the idea. Some never do. That's fine. There's no deadline for learning to ride a bike. The goal is for the child to find joy in moving on wheels — not to hit a milestone by age 4.
My child is 5+ and still can't ride. Are we too late?
Absolutely not. Adults learn to ride bikes all the time, often faster than 4-year-olds. The balance-bike method works at any age — just use a regular bike with the pedals removed or seat lowered enough to ground-walk.
